Description
At the 3rd floor of a typical Roman building (there is no lift) in the heart of Trastevere halfway between Piazza San Cosimato and Piazza Santa Maria in Trastevere, furnished apartment combining the modernity of the furniture and the resin floor with the splendid exposed beams .
There are 2 bedrooms with double beds, 2 bathrooms and a sofa bed in the living room; upon request we can also prepare a single bed.
To get around you can easily walk or take tram no. 8 to Piazza Venezia
Useful info
– Check in is from 16.00 to 22.00. If you plan to arrive earlier, report it in advance, we will do everything to accommodate you. For arrivals after 10.00 pm a supplement of 30.00 euros will be applied, while we remind you that on the day of departure the apartment must be vacated by 10.00 am
– The city tax is included in the price you paid to Airbnb and is equal to €6/night per person (for children under 10 it is free).
– The good rules that everyone has in their own home and for a peaceful life in a condominium building; respect the rest times, from 14:00 to 16:00 and after 22:00.
– Upon your arrival you will be greeted by me or one of my colleagues. In any case we speak English and will be happy to explain how to use everything in the house and how to enjoy the neighborhood.
– Sheets and towels are provided.
